Why don't I see the normal control panel?

You have joined using the Web App instant join experience. For full feature functionality, you can switch to the desktop software, if you are on a supported operating system:
- Click the switch icon at the bottom of the toolbar.
- Click Switch to the desktop version
- Click Switch to confirm

If you do not see the option to switch to the desktop software you are on an operating system that we do not support. Only supported operating systems are able to use the desktop software.
