Unable to join from AOL
AOL is not a supported web browser for joining a session with GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, or GoToTraining. If you have an AOL account and access your email, which contains the link to join, through AOL, please copy and paste the link into a supported browser. You may also choose to open a supported browser, such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome, and then proceed to access your email from mail.aol.com .
