Unable to create a new trial under an existing trial

  • Trying to set up new trial for different product
  • Encountering message: "Since you've already enjoyed a 30 day trial of <product>, please sign up for a monthly or annual plan"

Cause

This occurs when you've previously signed up for a trial for another one of our services.

Resolution

If you would like to try one of our other products, consider these options:

  • Sign up with a different email address not previously used for our services.
  • Contact our Customer Care and we'll assist further in getting a trial established.

Additional Information

Previously, we allowed Organizers to sign up for separate product trials under the same email address, but this is no longer the case.
