QUESTION AND ANSWER
Why is my attendee's calendar invitation for the meeting showing a different time?
The time of a meeting in a Calendar Invite has to be properly processed by either the online calendar the attendee is using or the locally installed calendar program.
A program such as Outlook relies on the time zone their computer is set at. If their computer has an incorrect time zone, then the time for the session will be displayed at the wrong time. Online calendars such as Google Calendar have their own time zone settings as well. It is recommended to have the attendee ensure their time zones are set to their correct time zone they are located in.
