Answer

After updating billing info on an expired account, you must purchase a plan. To purchase a plan, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the My Account page at https://secure.citrixonline.com/myAccount.tmpl
  2. Under Plan Details, click Change Plan
  3. On the Choose a Plan page, select the custom plan that works best for you
  4. You'll be prompted to confirm you billing information. Click Purchase Now to continue
