Why did I hear that my call is being recorded for audio issue reporting?
An Organizer may select Report Audio Issues while using the GoToMeeting control panel, or press *0 on their phone to begin Audio Issue Reporting (AIR). All participants in the meeting will hear the recording, but do not have to speak during this 60 second period if they are uncomfortable.
** This feature is for our Audio Engineers alone, and does not create an actual case with Customer Support. If you want to find out the cause of an audio problem, you must contact Customer Support directly by phone to confirm the necessary escalation details.
After the sixty second recording is completed (or if the organizer presses *0 again) the organizer will be prompted to press 1 to send the recording or 2 to delete the recording.
