Why Am I Locked Out Of My Account When Logging In?

Answer

Users trying to log in with an incorrect password will be locked out from logging in for 5 minutes after 5 failed attempts. To avoid waiting the 5 minutes, you can click on the Forgot your password? link at the bottom of the login box.
