How To Find The Attendee Capacity For A Contract Account
How to determine attendee capacity for specific Organizers.
If an Organizer or Administrator is confused by their participant capacity per GoTo broadcast, there a few options available:
- Host a new meeting/webinar/training, and note the Attendee pane showing the current number of Attendees out of the Max Number of Attendees.
- Organizers may check their email for the GoTo activation or service assignment email notification.
- Organizers may ask their company administrator for an update on their services assigned.
- Customer Care can use the internal admin pass-through, and look up the user by email to see exactly which services are assigned.
