Add a Custom Logo*

When a meeting is in session but the Presenter is not currently sharing their screen, the Waiting Room window is displayed. If desired, you can add a logo that will appear at the top of the window by default. If you already see an image in the Logo section, that means you are part of a multi-user account for which the admin has already added a default logo. You can still upload your own logo if you choose or leave the default logo.

Upload a custom logo for meetings

  1. Log in at https://global.gotomeeting.com.
  2. Click Settings in the left menu and scroll down to the Logo section.
  3. Click Upload Logo and browse for the desired image, then click Open. Your logo must be a .GIF or .JPG file that is 400 x 200px and smaller than 100KB.
  4. Click Save when finished.

Change or remove a custom logo

  1. Log in at https://global.gotomeeting.com.
  2. Click Settings in the left menu and scroll down to the Logo section.
    • To change the logo, hover over the image and click Upload Logo.
    • To remove the logo, hover over the image and click Remove Logo.
