How to unlock a Customer account

Issue

Objective

A Service Desk Customer has been locked out of the Customer Portal for entering the incorrect email address or password too many times.

Environment

GoToAssist Service Desk

Procedure

  1. An Administrator must log into https://desk.gotoassist.com
  2. Click on Configure
  3. Click on Customers
  4. Locate the locked Customer and click on them
  5. Click on Unlock this Customer

The Customer can now reset their password if needed and log back in successfully.
