A Service Desk Admin needs to set Availability Times for Incidents

Environment

GoToAssist Service Desk

Procedure

1. Log into https://desk.gotoassist.com
2. Click on Configure
3. Click on Services
4. Select the Service
5. Click on Incidents
6. Click on Priorities & SLAs
7. In the Priorities & Resolution Times section, click on more...... .
8. Use the drop down list to select the desired Availability to Respond
** Please note, if the customer's desired Availability is not listed, please escalate a case to have the desired Availability added by Engineering.
