How to access Satisfaction Summary per User

Objective

The Service Admin would like to get a Report regarding Satisfaction Summary per User.

Environment

GoToAssist Service Desk

Procedure

Export Standard Report:

  1. Log into https://desk.gotoassist.com
  2. Click on Service Desk at the top
  3. Click on Reports
  4. Under the Other Reports section click on Activity
  5. Under Incident Activity there is a CSV Report line, select Closed
  6. Check mark at least the first three boxes and also Include Satisfaction Summary
  7. Click Export

Once the .csv file is exported, the columns can be sorted as desired (by the Assigned User, for example).
