How do I change the default assignee for a service?
Admin would like to change default assignee for incidents
- GoToAssist Service Desk
- Log in at https://desk.gotoassist.com with email and password.
- Click on Service Desk tab.
- Click Configure , then Services .
- Select the service you need to alter.
- Hover the mouse on the Incident tab and click on Default Selections .
- Update the Default Settings to match the new User
- Click Save
