How do I change the default assignee for a service?

Issue

Objective

Admin would like to change default assignee for incidents

Environment

  • GoToAssist Service Desk

Procedure

  1. Log in at https://desk.gotoassist.com with email and password.
  2. Click on Service Desk tab.
  3. Click Configure , then Services .
  4. Select the service you need to alter.
  5. Hover the mouse on the Incident tab and click on Default Selections .
  6. Update the Default Settings to match the new User
  7. Click Save
