How can I add customized columns to my Dashboard?
Service Desk User would like to add more columns to their Dashboard

*Please note that Customized Dashboard is a labs feature, please remind User of this when showing them how to enable.
- Log into desk.gotoassist.com
- Click on Configure
- Click on Account-Wide Settings
- Click on Labs (last tab)
- Put a check mark in the option to 'Customize your dashboard'
- Click on Save
- Go back to Dashboard
- Click on the Gear icon in the upper right
- Put a check mark next to the columns that are desired
- Click the X in the upper right.
