How can I add customized columns to my Dashboard?

Objective

Service Desk User would like to add more columns to their Dashboard

Environment

GoToAssist Service Desk

Procedure

*Please note that Customized Dashboard is a labs feature, please remind User of this when showing them how to enable.

  1. Log into desk.gotoassist.com
  2. Click on Configure
  3. Click on Account-Wide Settings
  4. Click on Labs (last tab)
  5. Put a check mark in the option to 'Customize your dashboard'
  6. Click on Save
  7. Go back to Dashboard
  8. Click on the Gear icon in the upper right User-added image
  9. Put a check mark next to the columns that are desired
  10. Click the X in the upper right.
