Issue

Expert tries to setup Unattended support while in session and gets the following error: "Unattended Support setup wasn't completed. Please try again."
Unable to create an Unattended Installer via account either, default installer cannot be created.

Resolution

The User will need to be added to at least one Device Group. An Administrator will need to follow the next steps to Add the User to at least one Device Group:

  1. Log into https://up.gotoassist.com
  2. Click on Manage People & Devices
  3. Add a check mark next to the User
  4. Click on Manage Device Groups at the bottom
  5. Check mark the Device Group(s)
  6. Click on Grant Access
