Unable to Create a Device Group

Issue

Expert tries to Start a Session or Download Unattended Installer and gets the following error: "Unable to Create a Device Group"

Solution: Grant the User Access to at least one Device Group

  1. Go to Manage People & Devices
  2. Add a check mark to the User
  3. Click on Manage Device Groups at the bottom
  4. Add a check mark to the Device Group name
  5. Click on Grant Access
