Why am I unable to Setup Unattended Support?
- GoToAssist Remote Support
- Firewall/security software
- Software needs to be running as a service (needs to run as admin)
- Customer computer may be running in RDP or Terminal Session, must be in Console Mode. Click here for steps to determine what type of mode the PC is currently in.
Note: Option to install Unattended support will be greyed out if the machine has already been set up for Unattended Support.
