What is the current time out for the website interface?

The time out for the website interface is currently 14-hours after which the User would need to log back in to continue using the website.
*Please note: There is no message that comes up within the Case Management interface that lets the User know that they have timed out. It is recommended that the User logs out and back in within the 14-hour period to keep the Case Management interface active to continue to receive chats.
