How to install Unattended via an Attended Session
- GoToAssist Remote Support
1.Start a Support Session
2. Invite the Customer
3. In the Expert Viewer toolbar , click on Unattended Support
4. Click on Set up Unattended Support
5. When prompted, enter your password for your Remote Support account
6. Click Next
7. The customer will need to click on Allow Unattended Support
8. The customer will be prompted to enter their Windows credentials and store them.
9. When prompted the Expert can enter a nickname for the computer
10. Click Next
11. Select the Company that the computer will be associated with
12. Click Next
13. Click Close on the success screen to return to the support session.
