How do I find the Session Notes?
GoToAssist Remote Support Expert needs to access Session Notes from a past session. The Session Notes are captured in both Unattended and Attended reporting.
GoToAssist Remote Support
- Log into https://up.gotoassist.com
- Click on Reports
- Select Report Focus
- Choose Date Range
- Select Report Format
- Click on Generate Report
- One of the columns will be Session Notes
