Procedure

  1. Login at u p.gotoassist.com
  2. Select Manage People & Devices
  3. Select Manage Users
  4. From here you may use the buttons on the left hand side of your screen to select Add Users , User Settings , Manage User Settings/Device Groups to manage any users on your account
