What is RescueAssist?
GoToAssist Remote Support customers now have access to RescueAssist, a new web-based agent console (as well as a new brand identity) that represents substantial improvements to our current service. There is no additional cost for GoToAssist Remote Support customers to use the new web-based console.
Try it now! You can use your current GoToAssist credentials to access the new RescueAssist console at https://console.gotoassist.com.
You will notice that some of the pages you use to access and manage your account were rebranded to reflect the new RescueAssist brand, including the Login, My Account, Admin Center and Billing Center pages. The desktop technician console, web portal and support site will remain GoToAssist Remote Support.
