View Device Group Info for Unattended Access

You can view the name of the company that has set up unattended access on your computer.

  1. Right-click the GoToAssist Customer icon in the system tray and hover the cursor over Unattended Access. Note: If the Unattended Access icon does not appear in your system tray, find the application on your computer and open it.
  2. Select Device Group Info... from the Unattended Access drop-down menu to view the company name associated with your unattended computer.

  1. Click the GoToAssist Customer from the Apple Menu bar and hover the cursor of your mouse over Unattended Access. Note: If the Unattended Access icon does not appear in the Apple Menu bar, reboot your Mac. If the icon still is not displayed, uninstall unattended support on your Mac, then reinstall it.
  2. Select Device Group Info... from the Unattended Access drop-down menu to view the company name associated with your unattended computer.
