Update Your GoToAssist Seeit Mobile App Version
When you update the GoToAssist Seeit app on your mobile device, you can see new and exciting features that will help the agent give you the best possible support experience available. If your app version is no longer current or expired (i.e., no longer supported), an in-app notification will display to guide you through the update process.

If your app version is no longer up to date, a notification will display at the end of your session, "This app version will expire soon. Do you want to update?" You can choose from the following options:
Tap Not Now to if you do not want to update the GoToAssist Seeit app yet, and you will be able to continue joining sessions using your currently installed version. This will display the session end dialog.
Tap Don't remind me until next version if you do not want to update the GoToAssist Seeit app yet, and want to wait until the next version is released to be reminded to update. This will display the session end dialog.
If your app version is no longer supported, a notification will display immediately when you launch the app to join a session. This requires you to update the app in order to join a GoToAssist Seeit session.
Tap Close to return to the app Home screen. You will be unable to join a GoToAssist Session until you have updated the app.
