End Your GoToAssist Seeit Session (Agents)

When your session has concluded and you would like to stop hosting, you can leave the session.

Using the agent website from your desktop computer:

  1. On the agent website, click the Leave Session icon in the top navigation.

  1. When prompted, click Yes to exit the session.

  1. If you took snapshots, created session notes, or recorded your session, you can now access your session data or start a new session.

Using the agent iOS app:

  1. Tap the Leave Session icon on the toolbar in the top navigation.

  1. When prompted, tap Exit Session to close the session.
