Change your GoToAssist Seeit Plan

You can change your subscription plan level at any time to add additional seats or change your billing period.

Note: The steps below can only be completed by the billing contact of an online account. If you are not the billing contact of your account or if your account is offline, then you will need to contact a GoToAssist representative to change your plan. Note: This feature is available to administrators only.

Since your GoToAssist Seeit service is pre-paid, changes made to your plan won't take effect until the end of your subscription period. If you have a corporate plan, you must contact your Account Manager or Customer Care to make changes to your plan. Learn more about the available subscription plans here.

  1. Log in at
  2. Click the Account icon Open account overview.
  3. On the My Account page, click Change Plan next to the plan details.

  1. Use the drop-down menu to select the number of agents you would like on your plan.
  2. Select Monthly or Annual plan. If you are already on an annual plan, you will only see this option.
  3. Click Review Your Plan.

  1. On the Confirm Your Plan page, review your plan and billing information and click Purchase Now.

  1. That's it! Your changes will take effect immediately, but will not affect any active sessions.

Don't forget that if you added more agent seats to your account, you can go to the Admin Center to provision users with the new seats.

Note that if you would like to switch from an annual plan to a monthly plan you must contact Customer Care.

Subscribe after your free trial ends

Note: This feature is available to administrators only.

You can choose to convert your free trial to a monthly subscription plan once the trial period is complete.

  1. Log in at
  2. Click the Account icon Open account overview.
  3. On the My Account page, click Subscribe after Trial next to GoToAssist Seeit Free Trial.

  1. The Enter Your Billing Information page opens with your current GoToAssist Seeit plan displayed. By default, a monthly plan will be selected. To purchase the current monthly plan, fill in your billing information, then click Continue to review your plan. If you want to change your plan, click Edit in the GoToAssist Seeit Plan Details pane, then select your desired plan and click Review Your Plan.

  1. The Confirm Your Plan page opens with your plan details and billing information. Click Subscribe after Trial to enter into a paid subscription at the end of your free trial.
