Objective

To assist in unlocking a Representative account in GoToAssist Corporate
 

Environment

GoToAssist Corporate
A Representative using GoToAssist Corporate has been locked out 

Procedure

The Company or Team Manager must reset the Representative password manually once they become locked out.  The Manager can reset the password manually by logging into the Manager Portal
