Download Integration SDK and Information

GoToAssist Corporate offers a variety of methods to integrate the service into your existing infrastructure. Integrating GoToAssist Corporate provides a single source for initiating support sessions and viewing session details, allowing you to easily audit the complete support experience to ensure best practices and processes are followed.

Note: In order to use integration options, you must have the associated APIs enabled for your portals. Please contact support by scrolling to the bottom of this article and selecting an available contact option for further assistance.

Download the newest version of the Integration SDK

  1. Log in to the Management Center at
  2. Click Downloads in the left navigation.
  3. Click Download Integration SDK and Information.
  4. Download any of the available SDK packages, as follows:
    • GoToAssist Corporate DataReplicator
      The Data Replicator enables you to replicate all session data to your local database for permanent storage.

    • GoToAssist Corporate SDK AgentSide
      With Agent-Side Software Development Kit, you can integrate the functionality of GoToAssist Corporate HelpAlert and Customer application with your existing applications.

    • GoToAssist Corporate SDK WebServices
      With Web-Services Software Development Kit, you can gather and send data from the GoToAssist Corporate system to other systems within your existing support infrastructure.
