Welcome to a brief video on how to use the OpenVoice iOS mobile app. This app is available for both Android and iPhone devices; however, this video will focus on installing and using the OpenVoice mobile app on an iPhone. The OpenVoice mobile app makes it easy to schedule and join conference calls on the go. First, you’ll need to install the app. When you install and open the app, you will see three options at the bottom of the page: Join, My Conferences, and Settings. The “Join” tab will show you any meetings you have scheduled and also enable you to start an ad hoc conference. The “My Conferences” tab will quickly show you a list of the conferences you have scheduled. To schedule a conference, simple click the plus icon on the “My Conferences” screen and enter the details for your conference. Provide the conference with a name and a time. Choose whether you want the conference to be recurring or not, select the invitees for the conference, choose an alert, add it to your calendar, and also set an indicator status. Click “Done” to schedule your conference and it will be automatically displayed on the “My Conference” page. To start a scheduled conference call, simply click the dropdown arrow next to the conference in the list and click “call.” You can also edit your conference, notify attendees, or invite additional attendees. You don’t need to have an OpenVoice account to use this app. As an attendee, you can join conferences from an Android free of charge. However, if you have an OpenVoice account, you can also schedule or start your conferences directly from the app as an organizer. To start, you will need to install the OpenVoice mobile app on your Android device. Open the app and start by clicking the “Join” tab. Here, anyone can quickly and easily join a conference by just entering the conference ID. If you do have an OpenVoice account and you are logged in, you can view all of your upcoming OpenVoice conferences. When you join or start a conference, you’ll be directed to the call screen, where a list of countries and the numbers associated with them are displayed. Tap the country you want to dial in from.
