How do I configure the Client desktop app to use a Proxy?
You may have to configure the Client desktop app to use a proxy.
Note: This feature is available on Windows only.
- Open the Client desktop app.
- Click View from the menu, and select Options from the View drop-down.
- Click the Proxy tab.
- Check the Use proxy server to connect to the Internet box.
- Click Get proxy settings and then click Test proxy settings.
- If the proxy test succeeds, click OK.
- If the proxy test fails, please enter your proxy information and authentication credentials manually, and then click OK.
