Why can't Kaspersky get an activation code?

As of September 17th, 2019, LogMeIn no longer offers Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business Antivirus.
Once the license expires, host computers with Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business installed will display a message that it Cannot get activation code. You can check when your Kaspersky antivirus license expires on the host computer by opening the application.
