What if I forgot my account password and the email address used is no longer active?






If you have forgotten your password to your LogMeIn Account, you will need to use the Forgot Password link on the LogMeIn.com website.  This link is located beneath where you would normally sign in with your email address and password.  Using this link will send an email to the registered account email address with instructions on how to reset the password.

If you have lost access to the email address associated with your LogMeIn account, there are a few options that may resolve the issue.

  • Contact the provider of the registered email and request they recreate the email address so that you may reset the password via the forgot password link.
  • Contact the provider of the registered email address and request they forward the email sent to the registered email address to an accessible email address.
  • Create a new LogMeIn account using a valid and accessible email address.
LogMeIn associates do not have the ability to view or change an account password.
