My User didn't receive the invitation. What should I do?

When you add someone as a user of your LogMeIn account, they receive an invitation via email. If a user fails to receive their invitation, ask them to do the following:

  • Check their junk or spam folders for an email from LogMeIn.com
  • Place LogMeIn.com on their allow list

To resend an invitation:
  1. Log in to your account using your LogMeIn ID (email address) and password. 
    The Computers page is displayed.
  2. On the left menu, click UsersThe Users page is displayed.
  3. Find the user and click Resend Invitation next to their name.
