My User didn't receive the invitation. What should I do?
When you add someone as a user of your LogMeIn account, they receive an invitation via email. If a user fails to receive their invitation, ask them to do the following:
- Check their junk or spam folders for an email from LogMeIn.com
- Place LogMeIn.com on their allow list
To resend an invitation:
- Log in to your account using your LogMeIn ID (email address) and password.
The Computers page is displayed.
- On the left menu, click Users. The Users page is displayed.
- Find the user and click Resend Invitation next to their name.
