Update your Microsoft Common Language Runtime to resolve this issue on Windows.

Windows Vista or higher

  1. Open Windows Update from the Control Panel.
  2. Select the Microsoft Common Language update.
Windows XP SP3
  1. Open Windows Update from Start > All Programs.
  2. Select the Microsoft Common Language update.

If you are having problems updating the runtime, run the LogMeIn MSI installer directly.

  1. Log in to your LogMeIn account.
  2. On the Computers page, click Download now or Add Computer, and follow the instructions carefully.
