How to search for a ticket

Note: An Enterprise subscription is required.
  1. On the left pane of the desktop Operator Client, open the Tickets folder. The left pane is updated with ticket folders. The upper-right area displays a list of tickets for the selected tickets folder.
  2. In the upper-right corner, above the list of tickets, click the Search icon (binoculars). The Search Tickets window is shown.
  3. Enter a keyword and any extra criteria.
  4. Click Go. A list of matching results will be displayed on the left.
  5. Select a result on the left for the full details to be displayed on the right. The displayed ticket can now be managed as usual.
