How to organize chats by status
You can create status values that operators can assign to closed chats during the post-chat procedure.
- Create status values, as follows:
- From the main menu of the operator client, go to Setup > Account Setup > Chats > Chat Statuses
- Click New.
- Name the new value and save your changes.
The new value is available as a list item in the Status) field at the top of the chat area.
- The operator is now able to assign the value to a closed chat using the Status field.
