How to import tickets

You can import BoldChat tickets using comma-separated-values (CSV) formatted files.

Note: An Enterprise subscription is required.
  1. On the left pane of the desktop Operator Client, open the Tickets folder. The left pane is updated with ticket folders. The upper-right area displays a list of tickets for the selected tickets folder.
  2. In the upper-right corner, above the list of tickets, click the Import tickets icon (box with green arrow). The Import Tickets window is shown.
  3. Next to Default Folder, click to choose the destination folder for the imported tickets.
  4. Next to File (CSV), click to choose the ticket file to import.
  5. Click Import.
    Tip: The imported items will be added to the list of the destination folder. It will not affect any existing items. If the imported items already exist in the destination folder, then they will be duplicated.
