How to edit a ticket

Note: An Enterprise subscription is required.
  1. On the left pane of the desktop Operator Client, open the Tickets folder. The left pane is updated with Tickets folders. The upper-right area displays a list of tickets for the selected ticket folder.
  2. From the list, select the ticket to edit.
  3. On the Tickets toolbar above the ticket list, click the Edit this ticket icon (document with pencil). The Edit Ticket dialog window will be displayed.
  4. Edit the details of the ticket as required.
  5. Click Save.
