How to edit a ticket
Note: An Enterprise subscription is required.
- On the left pane of the desktop Operator Client, open the Tickets folder. The left pane is updated with Tickets folders. The upper-right area displays a list of tickets for the selected ticket folder.
- From the list, select the ticket to edit.
- On the Tickets toolbar above the ticket list, click the Edit this ticket icon (document with pencil). The Edit Ticket dialog window will be displayed.
- Edit the details of the ticket as required.
- Click Save.
