How to edit a contact
Note: An Enterprise subscription is required.
- On the left pane of the desktop Operator Client, open the Contacts folder. The left pane is updated with Contacts folders. The upper-right area displays a list of contacts for the selected contacts folder.
- From the list, select the contact to edit.
- On the Contacts toolbar above the ticket list, click the Edit this contact icon (card with pencil). The Edit Contact dialog window will be displayed.
- Edit the details of the ticket as required.
- Click Save.
