How to edit a contact

Note: An Enterprise subscription is required.
  1. On the left pane of the desktop Operator Client, open the Contacts folder. The left pane is updated with Contacts folders. The upper-right area displays a list of contacts for the selected contacts folder.
  2. From the list, select the contact to edit.
  3. On the Contacts toolbar above the ticket list, click the Edit this contact icon (card with pencil). The Edit Contact dialog window will be displayed.
  4. Edit the details of the ticket as required.
  5. Click Save.
