How to create a contact

Note: An Enterprise subscription is required.
  1. On the left pane of the desktop Operator Client, open the Contacts folder. The left pane is updated with Contacts folders. The upper-right area displays a list of contacts for the selected contact folder.
  2. On the Contacts toolbar above the contact list, click the Create a new contact icon (card with star). The New Contact dialog window will be displayed.
  3. Enter the details of the contact.
  4. Click Save. The new contact is shown in the contact list in the upper-right area.
