How to assign a ticket

Note: An Enterprise subscription is required.
  1. On the left pane of the desktop Operator Client, open the Tickets folder. The left pane is updated with Tickets folders. The upper-right area displays a list of tickets for the selected ticket folder.
  2. From the list, select the ticket to assign.
  3. In the Tickets toolbar above the ticket list, click the Assign this ticket to an operator icon (person with a green arrow). A list of available operators will drop down.
  4. Select an operator from the list. The ticket is immediately assigned to the operator. The operator’s name is shown as the Owner and the ticket is moved under the operator’s Owner heading in the list.
    Tip: If a ticket is not currently assigned to an owner, it will appear at the top of the list under the Owner (none) heading.
