How to assign a contact
Note: An Enterprise subscription is required.
- On the left pane of the desktop Operator Client, open the Contacts folder. The left pane will be updated with Contacts folders. The upper-right area will display a list of contacts for the selected contact folder.
- From the list, select the contact to assign.
- On the Contacts toolbar above the contact list, click the Assign this contact to an operator icon (person with a green arrow) to view a list of available operators.
- Select an operator from the list. The contact is immediately assigned to the operator and the operator’s name is shown as the Owner.
