How to assign a contact

Note: An Enterprise subscription is required.
  1. On the left pane of the desktop Operator Client, open the Contacts folder. The left pane will be updated with Contacts folders. The upper-right area will display a list of contacts for the selected contact folder.
  2. From the list, select the contact to assign.
  3. On the Contacts toolbar above the contact list, click the Assign this contact to an operator icon (person with a green arrow) to view a list of available operators.
  4. Select an operator from the list. The contact is immediately assigned to the operator and the operator’s name is shown as the Owner.
