How to accept a contact
Contacts can be assigned to an operator.
Note: An Enterprise subscription is required.
- On the left pane of the desktop Operator Client, open the Contacts folder. The left pane is updated with Contact folders. The upper-right area displays a list of contacts for the selected contact folder.
- From the list, select the contact to accept.
- On the Contacts toolbar above the contact list, click the Accept this contact icon. The contact is immediately assigned to you and your Operator name is shown as the Owner.
