How to accept a contact

Contacts can be assigned to an operator.

Note: An Enterprise subscription is required.
  1. On the left pane of the desktop Operator Client, open the Contacts folder. The left pane is updated with Contact folders. The upper-right area displays a list of contacts for the selected contact folder.
  2. From the list, select the contact to accept.
  3. On the Contacts toolbar above the contact list, click the Accept this contact icon. The contact is immediately assigned to you and your Operator name is shown as the Owner.
