Why don't I see the revenue tracking?

Make sure that Track sales revenue is enabled in your conversion tracking.

  1. In the Bold360 ai Console, go to Analytics > Tracking.
  2. Select a journey that you use for tracking.
  3. Select an option from the Track sales revenue drop-down list.
