Why can't I see the widget in Safari browser?
By default, Safari disables adding third-party cookies to the browser, which is why in some cases you might experience an issue displaying the Bold360 ai widgets on Safari.
To enable third-party cookies in Safari please follow these steps:
- In the top-left corner of your Safari browser, click on Safari and select Preferences.
- Select the Privacy option and under Block cookies select Never.
- Refresh the page.
You should now be able to see the widget correctly on your Safari browser.
