Why can't I see the widget in Safari browser?

By default, Safari disables adding third-party cookies to the browser, which is why in some cases you might experience an issue displaying the Bold360 ai widgets on Safari.

To enable third-party cookies in Safari please follow these steps:

  1. In the top-left corner of your Safari browser, click on Safari and select Preferences.
  2. Select the Privacy option and under Block cookies select Never.
  3. Refresh the page.

You should now be able to see the widget correctly on your Safari browser.
