How to configure/add the FAQ below the support page / floating widget?

  1. In the Bold360 ai Console, go to Touchpoints > Widgets.
  2. Click Personalize under the widget type that you want to customize.
  3. On the FAQ tab you have the following options:
  • Display upon widget load - The FAQ is displayed immediately when the widget appears
  • Display when there are no search results - Display the FAQ when the bot cannot offer an answer
  • Display when search field is cleared - Display the FAQ when the customer clears the search field

If the contextual answers feature is enabled in the account, you have the following additional options:

  • Context filtering: Select the context of the FAQ answers to show.
  • Required context: If you choose a specific context category, only FAQ answers in that category will be shown.
