How to add Bold360 ai search SDK as part of a customer's form
As part of improving digital support to the end-user, there is often a need to suggest answers to questions when a user fills in a form to request help, for example in a "Contact us" form. Bold360 ai can suggest relevant answers when the user selects or types their request.

When you are familiar with the SDK, copy the code from the SDK's page to your website and change the following parameters:
- The name of your account.
- The name of the Knowledge Base that you want to access.
- The number of the forms that you want to present to customers.
- The host name of your company account <name of your acount>.Nanorep.co. For example, if your account is mycompany, then the host name is mycompany.Nanorep.co.
