How do I enable Pre-chat Survey? (Arcade widget)

To enable the Pre-chat survey capability in the widget, you must have enabled the Live Person integration via the API.

  1. In the Bold360 ai Console, go to Touchpoints > Widgets.
  2. Click Personalize under the widget you want to change.
  3. Select the URL or knowledge base configuration.
  4. On the Chat tab, select Live Person as chat provider.
  5. Select Show Pre-chat survey.
  6. Save your changes.
