How can I tell how a ticket was opened?
The Bold360 ai ticketing system can open tickets in a number of ways:
- Direct email to inbox address , such as XXXXXXXXX.inbox@your_account_name.nanorep.in
- Email sent to your main support address (for example, support@your_company.com) and then forwarded to your Bold360 ai inbox
- Ticket generated from one of the contact forms that you can setup in Bold360 ai
To see the origin of the ticket, do the following:
- Go to Bold360 ai Console. in the
- Click on a ticket to see its details.
- In the Details section on the right, you can check the Opened Via field for the necessary information.
