How can I tell how a ticket was opened?

The Bold360 ai ticketing system can open tickets in a number of ways:

  • Direct email to inbox address , such as
  • Email sent to your main support address (for example, and then forwarded to your Bold360 ai inbox
  • Ticket generated from one of the contact forms that you can setup in Bold360 ai

To see the origin of the ticket, do the following:

  1. Go to Ticketing > All tickets in the Bold360 ai Console.
  2. Click on a ticket to see its details.
  3. In the Details section on the right, you can check the Opened Via field for the necessary information.
