Create Support Center Structure with labels

Use labels to give structure to your Support Center home page.

Note: There are built-in labels that are used to identify the availability of articles. These labels include Offline (unavailable for search and for navigation in the Support Center), Linked (article has links to other articles), and Hide from Support Center (only available for search but not for navigation in the Support Center).
  1. Go to Touchpoints > Support Center > Settings.
  2. Scroll down to the Content section.
  3. Under Navigation Labels, select categories to display as navigation options on your Support Center, for example along the left side of the page.
  4. Under Homepage Labels, select categories to display on your home page, for example in the main body of your site, as illustrated below.
  5. Save your changes.
Your site is updated.
